Confidentiality
Interim projects are very likely of a highly confidential nature and require a fundamental degree of confidentiality. We have confidentiality agreements in place with our candidates and engage in the same where our clients require.
Our End-to-End Process
Ensuring rapid deployment and quality delivery
Client Intake
We engage in a confidential dialogue to understand the client's need, expected outcome, budget and advise on the most effective interim (consulting) approach. This results in the interim (consulting) agreement.
Candidate Selection
Based on the client brief, we get to work on candidate selection.
We present 2 to 3 candidates within 72 hours from our network or within one week when these are not suitable for the client and require an extended search. Candidates provide a short video presentation complementing the CV to speed up the selection process.
Project Brief
Once a candidate is selected, we prepare together with the client a detailed project brief, that includes timelines, expectations and potentially KPIs.
This project brief is reviewed with the candidates to ensure there is full understanding and buy-in.
Contract Management
We manage the contract with the candidate, who works as a consultant on the project with us in the lead. Where needed, we also contract with an employer of record where localization is required, and the client has no legal entity. Every month, the client is invoiced based on a time sheet provided.
Onboarding
Once the assignment is started, we keep in contact with both the client and interim executive to ensure a successful onboarding. Our team is available to mentor the interim executive, possibly focusing on particular culture or organizational challenges.
Project Closing
At the end of the project, we engage in a closing meeting with the client and interim executive. Any feedback helps us to continually improve.

What is the budget?
As a high level rule, interim executives charge daily about 1% of the annual salary of a comparable permanent function. In practice, fees would range from 800 to 2,000 Euro daily.
As an end-to-end service agency, we do not charge a retainer to propose candidates.
Our margins to cover selection and contract management throughout the project, are 25% of the interim management fees.
Where a client does select to engage and contract directly with our interim manager proposed, we charge 18% of the expected total contract period interim management fee at time of start of the project, with a minimum of 3,000 Euro.
